  1. Cook white rice and black rice separately.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and scramble the eggs. Set aside.
  3. In the same pan, stir-fry carrots and peas until tender.
  4. Add cooked white rice to one side of the pan and black rice to the other side.
  5. Add soy sauce and salt, then mix the rice and vegetables together.
  6. Serve the yin yang rice topped with scrambled eggs and garnish with chopped green onions.
