Cream Puff Cake
Cream puffs were originally called ‘choux à la crème’ in French, which means ‘cabbage with cream’ due to their resemblance to little cabbages.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil.

Add flour and stir until the mixture forms a ball.

Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes.

Beat in eggs, one at a time, until smooth.

Transfer the dough to a piping bag with a large round tip.

Pipe small mounds onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool completely.

Cut each puff in half horizontally.

Fill each puff with whipped cream.

Dust with powdered sugar and drizzle with chocolate sauce.

Place the top half of the puff back on.
