Three-Cheese Shortbreads
Shortbread is a traditional Scottish biscuit that originated in the medieval times.
This is vegetarian recipe. Dish can be prepared in 45 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 7.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a food processor, combine the flour, butter, Parmesan cheese, Cheddar cheese, Gorgonzola cheese, salt, and black pepper. Pulse until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Transfer the mixture to a lightly floured surface and knead it gently until it comes together into a smooth dough.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1/4 inch (6 cm).

Use a cookie cutter to cut out shortbread rounds or any desired shape.

Place the shortbreads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let the shortbreads cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
