  4. Add eggs and vanilla extract to the butter-sugar mixture and mix until smooth.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
  7. Press the dough evenly into the prepared cake pan.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 30 minutes.
  10. Carefully transfer the cookie cake onto a serving plate.
