Blondies are often referred to as ‘brownies without chocolate’ due to their similar texture and appearance.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Add the brown sugar and granulated sugar, and mix until well combined.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chunks and white chocolate chunks.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Allow the blondies to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
