  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the pancake mix and melted butter. Mix until crumbly.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan to form the crust.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
