S’mores Bars
S’mores Bars are a twist on the classic campfire treat, S’mores. They are easier to make and perfect for any occasion!
This is vegetarian recipe. Dish can be prepared in 90 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 7.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.

Crush the graham crackers into crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

In a saucepan, combine the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted and smooth. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt.

Pour the chocolate mixture over the graham cracker crust. Sprinkle the mini marshmallows evenly over the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for 1 hour. Then, refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting into bars.
