  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the Baker's chocolate and butter together. Stir until smooth.
  3. In a separate mixing bowl, beat the granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the sugar mixture, stirring until smooth.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the chocolate mixture, stirring until just combined.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  10. Transfer the loaf to a wire rack and let it cool completely.
  11. Once cooled, sprinkle powdered sugar over the top.
