  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor and mix with melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture onto the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
  6. Spread the melted chocolate over the crust.
  7. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the chocolate layer and spread evenly.
  8. Freeze for 10 minutes.
  9. Melt the milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and spread over the cream cheese layer.
  10. Pour the remaining cream cheese mixture over the milk chocolate layer and spread evenly.
  11. Freeze for 10 minutes.
  12. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and spread over the cream cheese layer.
  13. Freeze for 3 hours or until set.
  14. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with Oreo crumbs.
  15. Serve chilled.
