Granola was originally invented as a health food in the late 19th century by Dr. James Caleb Jackson, who called it ‘granula’.
This is vegetarian and gluten free recipe. Dish can be prepared in 30 minutes. Even a beginner can handle preparing this dish. Number of ingredients: 10.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, dried cherries, honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well to coat all the ingredients evenly.

Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the granola is golden brown and crispy. Stir the granola halfway through baking to ensure even cooking.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

Once cooled, store in an airtight container.

Serve with yogurt or milk for a delicious breakfast or snack.
