In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, almond flour, granulated sugar, and salt. Cut in the unsalted butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Add the egg yolks and mix until the dough comes together. Shape the dough into a disk, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface and transfer it to a tart pan. Press the dough into the pan and trim any excess.
