  2. In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture, alternating with milk. Stir until just combined.
