Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Melt a small amount of butter in the skillet.

Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet and swirl to coat the bottom. Cook until the crepe is set and lightly browned, about 2 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter.

Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter onto each crepe. Roll up the crepes and set aside.

In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it begins to simmer. Remove from heat and add the chocolate chips. Stir until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
