Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Cut the peaches in half and remove the pits.

Brush the cut side of the peaches with olive oil.

Grill the peaches, cut side down, for about 3-4 minutes or until grill marks appear.

Flip the peaches and grill for an additional 2 minutes.

Remove the peaches from the grill and let them cool slightly.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.

In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, sliced red onion, and walnuts.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.

Divide the salad onto plates and top with grilled peaches and crumbled blue cheese.
