In a food processor, combine flour and salt. Add butter and pulse until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Gradually add ice water, 1 tablespoon at a time, pulsing until dough comes together.

Shape dough into a disk, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough into a 12-inch circle. Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet.

Arrange tomato slices on top of the dough, leaving a 1-inch border. Crumble goat cheese over the tomatoes. Sprinkle basil leaves on top.
