In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg.

In a separate bowl, mix melted butter, honey, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and milk.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until well combined.

Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.

Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
