Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine the milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix well.

Cut the bread into cubes and add them to the bowl. Let the bread soak in the mixture for about 10 minutes.

Grease a baking dish with butter and pour the bread mixture into it. Sprinkle raisins on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the pudding is set and golden brown.

While the pudding is baking, prepare the bourbon sauce. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the bourbon and powdered sugar. Cook for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
