Golden Raisin Breakfast Buns
Golden raisins are made from regular grapes that are dried in a dehydrator, which gives them their golden color and sweeter taste compared to dark raisins.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.

In a small saucepan, heat the milk and butter until warm. Add the milk mixture and egg to the flour mixture.

Stir until a soft dough forms. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 5 minutes or until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Punch down the dough and knead in the raisins. Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and shape each piece into a ball.

Place the balls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let them rise for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the buns for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

In a small bowl, mix the powdered sugar and water to make a glaze. Drizzle the glaze over the buns.
