Doughnut Muffins
Doughnut muffins are a popular hybrid of two beloved treats – doughnuts and muffins. They have the texture and shape of a muffin, but the flavor and coating reminiscent of a doughnut. They are a delicious and portable breakfast or snack option.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

In a separate bowl, melt the butter and mix in the milk, egg, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Spoon the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
