In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Add the milk and vegetable oil, and mix well.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Fold in the corn kernels, green chiles, and shredded cheddar cheese.

Pour the batter into the greased baking dish and spread it evenly.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
