  2. In a mixing bowl, prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions.
  3. Fill each muffin cup halfway with the brownie batter.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the cream cheese, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, egg, vegetable oil, and water until well combined.
