In a bowl, crumble the feta cheese and mix it with the spinach, eggs, olive oil, milk, salt, and black pepper.

Lay one sheet of phyllo pastry on a flat surface and brush it with olive oil. Place another sheet on top and repeat the process until you have 3 layers.

Spread half of the cheese mixture evenly over the phyllo pastry.

Roll the pastry tightly from one end to the other to form a log.

Repeat steps 3-5 with the remaining phyllo pastry and cheese mixture.

Cut each log into 3 equal-sized pieces.

Place the pasties on a baking sheet and brush the tops with olive oil.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
