  2. Take the frozen pie crust out of the freezer and let it thaw for 10 minutes.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together the goat cheese, eggs, granulated sugar, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and lemon zest until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into the thawed pie crust.
  5. Sprinkle the blueberries on top of the mixture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the tart is set.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 1 hour.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
