  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Roll out the pie crust and press it into a tart pan.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes until golden brown.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the baked crust.
  6. Arrange the mixed fruits on top of the cream cheese.
  7. Bake the tart for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 1 hour.
  9. Serve the fruity tart with a dollop of whipped cream and garnish with mint leaves.
