  2. Break the matzoh into small pieces and soak them in water for a few minutes. Drain and squeeze out the excess water.
  3. Peel and core the apples, then chop them into small pieces.
  4. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until well combined.
  5. Add the matzoh, apples, cinnamon, raisins, butter, vanilla extract, and salt to the bowl. Mix well.
  6. Grease a baking dish and pour the mixture into it.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
