Grate the zucchini and squeeze out any excess moisture.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Add the vegetable oil, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Add the grated zucchini and raisins to the wet ingredients. Stir until combined.
