Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and butter together. Stir until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture and mix well.

In another bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.

Gently fold in the raspberries.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
