In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until frothy.

Add the milk and vanilla extract to the eggs and mix well.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Gently fold in the frozen mixed berries.

Melt the unsalted butter in a 10-inch oven-safe skillet over medium heat.

Pour the pancake batter into the skillet and transfer to the preheated oven.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pancake is puffed and golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
