  2. Roll out the shortcrust pastry and line the tart tin. Trim the edges and prick the base with a fork.
  3. Bake the pastry for 15 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool.
  4. Spread the salted caramel sauce over the cooled pastry base.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk the double cream until thickened. Spread it over the caramel sauce.
  6. Sprinkle sea salt flakes on top.
  7. Place the tart in the fridge to set for at least 1 hour.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!
