In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and melt a small amount of butter.

Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the pan and swirl to evenly coat the bottom.
