Line a square baking dish with parchment paper.

In a large saucepan, melt the butter, dark chocolate, and golden syrup over low heat, stirring constantly.

Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the rice krispies and crushed digestive biscuits until well coated.

Transfer the mixture to the lined baking dish and press down firmly to create an even layer.

Sprinkle the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips over the top, lightly pressing them into the mixture.

Allow the bars to cool and set for at least 30 minutes.
