Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a food processor, pulse the mushrooms and walnuts until finely chopped.

In a large skillet, sauté the onion, garlic, carrot, and celery until softened.

Add the mushroom-walnut mixture, parsley, thyme, breadcrumbs, egg, ketchup, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Transfer the mixture to a greased loaf pan and press it down evenly.

Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is browned and the loaf is firm.

Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
