  2. In a food processor, pulse the mushrooms and walnuts until finely chopped.
  3. In a large skillet, sauté the onion, garlic, carrot, and celery until softened.
  4. Add the mushroom-walnut mixture, parsley, thyme, breadcrumbs, egg, ketchup, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased loaf pan and press it down evenly.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is browned and the loaf is firm.
  7. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
