Two-Potato Bake
Potatoes were first domesticated in the region of modern-day Peru and Bolivia over 7,000 years ago.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Peel and slice the potatoes and sweet potatoes.

In a large bowl, combine the sliced potatoes, sweet potatoes, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss to coat the potatoes evenly.

Transfer the potato mixture to a baking dish and spread it out in an even layer.

Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown.

Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the top and bake for an additional 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
