  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish.
  3. Cut each biscuit into quarters.
  4. Peel and chop the apples.
  5. In a skillet, melt the butter and add the chopped apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Cook until the apples are soft.
  6. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  7. Roll each biscuit quarter in the caramel sauce.
  8. Layer the caramel-coated biscuit quarters and the cooked apples in the greased baking dish.
  9. Pour any remaining caramel sauce over the top.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  12. Serve warm and enjoy!
