Chocolate Dumplings
Chocolate dumplings are a popular dessert in many European countries, especially in Hungary and Austria.

In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, heat the milk and butter in the microwave until the butter is melted.

Add the sugar and vanilla extract to the milk mixture and stir until combined.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

Divide the dough into small portions and wrap each portion around a piece of dark chocolate.

Bring a pot of water to a boil and carefully drop the dumplings into the boiling water.

Cook for about 8-10 minutes or until the dumplings float to the surface.
