  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
  6. In a small bowl, dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water. Stir in frozen strawberries and cold water. Let it chill until partially set.
  7. Pour the strawberry mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
