  3. Add white beans, vegetable broth, tomato paste, red chili flakes, cumin powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until the carrots are tender.
  5. While the soup is simmering, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Cut the bread slices into cubes and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake the croutons in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
  8. Once the soup is ready, use an immersion blender or a regular blender to puree the soup until smooth.
