In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Cook for 1 minute.

Stir in the pumpkin puree and milk. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until heated through.

Remove the saucepan from heat. Stir in the cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese until melted and smooth.

Add the cooked macaroni to the sauce and mix well. Season with salt and black pepper.
