In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the sparkling apple cider. Begin and end with the dry ingredients.

Spoon the batter into the prepared cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.

Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean.

Remove the cupcakes from the oven and allow them to cool completely on a wire rack.

In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and sparkling apple cider until smooth.

Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cupcakes and sprinkle with cinnamon.
