Cook soba noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat a pan over medium heat and add kimchi. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise with a tablespoon of water.

Add cooked soba noodles to the pan with kimchi and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

Push the noodles to one side of the pan and add tofu. Cook for 3-4 minutes, until lightly browned.

Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the noodles and tofu. Stir well to combine.

Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Serve the soba noodles topped with kimchi, mayonnaise, and tofu.
