  3. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add paneer cubes and cook until lightly browned.
  5. Push the vegetables and paneer to one side of the pan and add cooked basmati rice to the other side.
  6. Drizzle soy sauce over the rice and mix everything together.
