  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the sprouted wheat flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
