S’mores Cookies
S’mores originated as a campfire treat in the United States and are traditionally made by roasting marshmallows over a fire and sandwiching them between graham crackers and chocolate.
This is vegetarian recipe. Dish can be prepared in 30 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 12.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.

Fold in the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and graham cracker pieces.

Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set.

Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
