Preheat the oven to 180°C (355°F).

Cut the rhubarb into 2cm pieces.

In a bowl, mix the rhubarb with sugar and let it sit for 10 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour, butter, oats, and cinnamon until crumbly.

Place the rhubarb mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle the crumble mixture on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the crumble is golden brown.

Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Serve warm with ice cream or custard.
