  2. Steam the cauliflower until tender. Blend until smooth.

  4. Add the cauliflower puree, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the saucepan. Stir until well combined.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. In a separate bowl, combine the bread crumbs and olive oil.
  7. In a baking dish, mix the cooked macaroni and cheese sauce. Top with the bread crumb mixture.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and crispy.
  9. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
