Broccoli Casserole
Broccoli is a member of the cabbage family and is closely related to cauliflower.
This is vegetarian and high protein recipe. Dish can be prepared in 50 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 10.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Steam the broccoli until tender, then drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Add the steamed broccoli and grated cheddar cheese to the bowl, and mix well.

Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.

In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix it with the breadcrumbs.

Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the top of the casserole.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly.

Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
