Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour the Williams-Sonoma Sweetheart Cakelet Pan.

In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a large bowl, beat the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract, and beat until well combined.

Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk. Mix until just combined.

Gently fold in the raspberries.

Spoon the batter into the prepared pan, filling each cavity about two-thirds full.

Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cakelet comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Transfer the cakelets to a wire rack to cool completely.

Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
