  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate large bowl, mix together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the peanut butter for 30 seconds or until melted. Stir the rice crispy cereal into the melted peanut butter.
