Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, eggs, and sugar until well blended.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture and stir until just combined. Fold in the walnuts.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
