  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a quiche pan.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt, pepper, and dried thyme.
  4. Grate the gruyere cheese and sprinkle half of it over the pie crust.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the cheese.
  6. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and arrange them on top of the quiche.
  7. Add the black olives and fresh basil leaves.
  8. Sprinkle the remaining gruyere cheese on top.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown.
  10. Allow the quiche to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
